General Delivery Information
All orders placed via our website are shipped using our courier door to doo services.
We endeavor to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 3 pm Monday-Saturday. If you place your order after this cut-off then your order will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an automatic dispatch notification when the item leaves our warehouse. In some cases with high-value products, you will also receive a tracking number to be able to track your item.
PRINTECH EXPORT LIMITED(MINOSEC) does not take any responsibility for delays outside of its control and does not guarantee next day delivery on its standard delivery service. Delays caused by the courier or adverse weather conditions could have an effect on your delivery. Once your shipment has been picked and dispatched, it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver the item in a timely manner.
Our shipping network covers all parts of the world.It's advisible to request for a shipping bill before order placement most especially for regions of Russian,Australia,Afghanistan,Lebanon,Ethiopia and Libya.
What does Flat rate mean?
it simply means a temporarily shipping cost for an order placed online which may be retained or re-adjusted with value and rate estimation from our couriers.
Please ensure that you report any damaged items on arrival. Please sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged’ and report to PRINTECH EXPORT LIMITED(MINOSEC) as soon as possible to allow us to take remedial action. Any reports of damage after 24 hours after delivery cannot be resolved and for orders delivered on Saturday and Sunday (48hours).
We aim to keep our stock levels correct on the website but sometimes products may become out of stock. If your order is placed and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible when the item will be back in stock and your order options available to you.
Note: Unpaid orders won't be shipped until partly or fully paid and we do not issue opportunities for " CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICES"
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
We issue our customers the grace to have a change of delivery address 24hours-48hours after dispatch of order if need be.
Some of our products may have FREE delivery applicable to them. This will be confirmed to you at order confirmation through our support channel.
Most importantly for all orders above 4,000,00 USD you have discounted delivery charges.

Pallet Delivery
A pallet drop will be carried out by a pallet company to the front of your address with no unpacking or placement service. Please ensure you are able to move, unbox and install the printer on your own as some printers can be very heavy and require 3-5 people to move.
Delivery will be attempted between 8 am and 6 pm. We are unable to offer you an exact time for delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the consignment as it will not be left and a re-delivery attempt may incur an additional charge. Please contact us to reorganise any failed delivery attempts.
Pallet Delivery With Remote Install
Once you have received, unboxed and set up your machine, one of our certified engineers will call to arrange a time and day for a remote installation.
The remote installation will include,
Driver installation
Software setup
test run to confirm the machine works
Up to 1hr service
Engineer Assisted Installation With Training
Engineer assisted installation with training is recommended for any Large Machines. A certified engineer will hand-deliver, unpack, place & build the machine. (Please note that assistance may be required, this will be confirmed with you before installation takes place). We will then download & install drivers and give basic training.
Pallet Delivery With Physical Presence Installation
Engineer assisted installation with training is recommended for large machines. A certified engineer will hand-deliver, unpack, place & build the machine in Person and also offer some lecture to you which is a free training session.
